Гомотоксикология - это вид альтернативной медицины, основоположником которой является Ганс-Генрих Рекевег. Это разновидность гомеопатии, в которой применение гомеопатических средств основывается на теории о гомотоксинах как о причине развития и прогрессирования заболеваний. Эффективность гомотоксикологии научно не доказана, однако в последнее время она становится все более популярным направлением нетрадиционной медицины.

It is a kind of homeopathy in which use of homeopathic remedies is based on the theory about homotoxins as about the reason of development and progressing of diseases.
